A typical wedding day

“You don't marry someone you can
live with - you marry the person you
cannot live without”
Unknown

What to expect on the day… it’s your movie so please let us know what you want from it, but our aim is to create for you a stylish contemporary wedding video - here’s a typical format.

A contemporary approach...
The film starts with shots of the wedding venue (church or civil ceremony building) then moves to the bride’s preparations. This flows through to the arrival of the groom and best man, family and friends, the brides arrival at church, the ceremony and the signing.

After the service we show the new husband and wife leaving the church and capture a little footage of the photo session but more importantly, candid shots of you and your guests. At the reception we carry on capturing candid footage and if required, the speeches and first dance. At this time we can also record comments from your guests.

The editing stage... The sequences captured throughout your day are then professionally edited on our digital non-linear editing suite, including slow motion and subtle visual effects
such as black and white and fades.

Rest assured, we never add an effect that is not entirely necessary or add transitions between shots that distract rather than help your finished film flow. Our aim is to leave you with a stylish cinematic experience that you will want to watch again and again. The finished DVD is supplied in an Italian leather and pewter presentation folder.

What happens next… we suggest that you arrange a meeting where we can discus your requirements and if you have time you can view a completed film on DVD. It’s always best to meet if possible, so that we’re not strangers on the day, and so we can get to know each other a little. Only this way will we really be able to understand what you are looking for with the finished film. You can also let us know about the format of your wedding, and ask any questions you may have... contact Dean

Did you know... that some church and civil ceremony locations do not allow the use of confetti - and that at least one venue in South Yorkshire will fine you over £200.00 if any confetti is thrown? We advise you check the conditions that apply to your venue.

A good option to confetti would be non stain bubbles.

Did you know... the time of your wedding ceremony can make a huge difference to how your finished video will look? If you are looking for bright images and your wedding is in the winter months why not consider a lunchtime wedding as from around 4pm it will be turning quite dark.
